How do I reset my password?
Use the passwordless sign-in flow — enter your email and we'll send a one-time magic link. There is no password to reset because Aria does not store passwords.
Where is our data stored?
All customer data is stored in Google Cloud's asia-south1 region (Mumbai, India).
Backups remain in-region. No data is replicated outside India. See the
Data Processing Addendum for the full data-residency commitment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email dayananda@anthrotech.in from the email address on the account. We'll confirm within one business day, process the cancellation, and provide a data-export of your tenant on request. We do not charge cancellation fees.
How do I get a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) under DPDP / GDPR?
Email dayananda@anthrotech.in with the email address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days as required by the India DPDP Act 2023.
I think I found a security vulnerability. What now?
Email dayananda@anthrotech.in. We follow coordinated disclosure: we acknowledge within 24 hours, triage within 72 hours, and credit researchers in our advisory unless you ask to remain anonymous. We do not pursue legal action against good-faith research conducted under our published policy.
How do I report a CERT-In reportable incident affecting my Aria tenant?
